Apricot Music & Art is a cultural movement based on performing arts founded by artist and gifted pianist Dr. Ayşe Taşpınar Gatenyo. The movement is dedicated to developing cross-cultural   understanding and communication between cultures of the Near East and beyond. Apricot Music & Art aims to contribute to building global communities of harmony.

 Mission

Apricot Music & Art is an independent non-profit organization that promotes cross-cultural engagement between various communities indigenous to the Near East. Our mission is to promote  understanding and communication between people; and inspire younger generations to build a peaceful future.  We develop cultural exchange programs based on performing arts, with an   emphasis on music, to develop empathy between diverse groups.
